FREE SHIPPING

 

Art Provocateur Gallery offers FREE SHIPPING for all limited edition artworks produced by APG in Canada and the United States (Hawaii and Alaska are subject to extra charges). Your order is securely packaged and shipped by ground service using a preferred carrier. At an additional cost, you may have your order expedited. In this case, please contact us at orders@artprovocateur.com and reference your order number in the subject line.

International orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Once you place your order, you will be contacted by our team with a shipping estimate. 

Original artwork that is produced and shipped directly from the artist may incur separate shipping fees. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

 

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

 

We guarantee that the artwork(s) will arrive as described on our website, but we realize that damage can occur during shipment. In this instance, please take photos of the damage and email them along with your order number to orders@artprovocateur.com within 7 days of the receipt of your order. If you would like to return your order for a full refund, please click here for more information.

If you haven’t received your package based on the time estimates below, please check the tracking number for your order under My Account> Order History. If you still don't know where your order is, send us an email to orders@artprovocateur.com and reference your order number. We will provide a delivery deadline and then offer a solution.

 

LIMITED EDITION FINE ART PRINTS

 

Art Provocateur Gallery (APG) provides complimentary shipping for print-to-order fine art prints, produced by one of our fine art printers. We ensure secure packaging and ground shipping through our trusted carrier. Should you wish for expedited delivery at an extra charge, please reach out to us at orders@artprovocateur.com with your order number.

 

LIMITED EDITION & ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

 

Artwork that is created and dispatched by the artist may include additional shipping fees in your order. These vary based on the shipping destination and will be shown during the checkout process. To view the specific shipping fees for each piece of art, simply click on the "Shipping" link located on the product page.

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Print-to-Order Limited Edition fine art prints require additional processing for production, framing/mounting, and packaging. The processing time varies depending on the specific product.

Photo Print - 2 business days
Fine Art Print - 2 business days
Canvas - 3 business days
Acrylic - 10 business days
Fine Art Framed - 10 business days

 

SHIPPING TIME

 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping times will be affected by public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional charge. If you would like to request a rush shipment, please contact us at orders@artprovocateur.com with your order number. It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Please be aware that if you initiate a return, we do not cover the original shipping costs or the return shipping fees, except in cases where the return is due to a quality defect or damage incurred during transit. If the artwork is damaged during shipping or for reasons outside of our control, we will provide a full refund, covering both the artwork price and all shipping expenses. EXCHANGE

 

Please note that we cannot add or exchange items in an order once it has shipped. If you wish to order additional artwork, please place a new order. If you want to make an exchange, please follow the cancellation process below and then place a new order.
